With a diverse array of core technologies, TWC is capable of resolving issues encountered by customers in production environments.

To address issues encountered by customers in manufacturing processes, TWC leverages its own technical development resources as well as the technological network of 250 partner factories to realize product proposals. We will present case studies of TWC utilizing its extensive core technologies and development resources for design, prototyping, and evaluation, as well as the proposal process provided to clients.

Firstly, TWC possesses a wide range of core technologies including metal processing, specialized processing, surface treatment, coatings, EMI countermeasure technology, and thermal countermeasure technology. Additionally, we collaborate with approximately 250 partner factories, each equipped with their own diverse array of technologies. Therefore, we are capable of providing technical solutions to address various issues faced by customers.

TWC's development department is equipped with various tools and equipment for design, prototyping, and evaluation. For instance, by utilizing simulation software, we can conduct stress analysis, thermal analysis, predict weak points in products, and incorporate these predictions into the design process. Additionally, using 3D printers, we can rapidly produce samples based on design data and perform evaluations. These tools contribute to the acceleration of rapid design improvements and development speed.

The process of technical proposal is as follows: Firstly, sales personnel visit the customer to understand their issues. We prepare predictions for the issues and corresponding technical proposals in advance, then discuss them with the customer during business negotiations or demonstrations. Through these discussions, we gain a deeper understanding of the customer's specific problems and convey the information to TWC's development department and relevant departments. The development department conducts prototyping, evaluation, and simulation based on this information to formulate corresponding specifications. We provide the customer with proposals for technical content and specifications, and maintain close collaboration with partner factories during the mass production phase.

TWC leverages its extensive core technologies and the technological network of partner factories to swiftly address challenges encountered by customers in manufacturing processes. We are committed to being a valuable partner to our customers by conducting improvement research using TWC's internal equipment and development resources, and by selecting and combining various diverse technologies from partner factories to provide optimal technical proposals.
