Advantages of Our Ones-Stop Solutions
Our one-stop solutions involve taking concept designs or rough ideas from our customers and developing them into detailed designs through a combination of various technologies. For example, when designing a mesh tray, we can incorporate various functions. These might include micron-sized mesh openings, high-temperature materials (up to 1000°C), coatings to provide good slipping or reduced sticking, and laser marking for improved traceability, including barcodes and QR codes. Additionally, we can propose designs that allow for easy mesh replacement at the manufacturing site, such as clip-type mesh attachments, and stackable designs to increase load capacity, among other features. If customers were to design and produce these on their own, they would need to coordinate with multiple manufacturers (mesh manufacturers, material suppliers, laser marking providers, coating companies, etc.) after completing the detailed design, which would require a significant amount of effort. We can handle everything from the customer's concept design and rough ideas through to detailed design and implementation, providing one-stop solutions that meet complex customer requests.
